About Us
NCompliance was started in 2007 by Clinical Laboratory Scientist, Gretchen Luneau.
Gretchen graduated in 1992 from LSU Medical Center, New Orleans with a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology. She has over 15 years experience drawing blood, processing samples, collecting drug screens and managing a hospital laboratory.
She is Louisiana state licensed and certified by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists. She is a certified BAT (Breath Alcohol Technician), and holds certifications in both DOT and Hair Follicle Drug Testing.
Gretchen has worked approximately 12 years in the Paramedical Insurance Exam Industry, and has experience performing over 1000 paramedical exams.
