About Us
NCompliance is locally owned and operated by Rachel Otte. Rachel graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology.
After moving to Louisiana she received her degree in Clinical Laboratory Science. She has many years of experience drawing blood, processing samples, collecting drug screens, and working in a hospital laboratory.
She is Louisiana State certified by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists. She is a certified BAT (Breath Alcohol Technician), and holds certifications in both DOT and Hair Follicle Drug Testing.
Rachel also works in the Paramedical Insurance Exam Industry, and has performed many paramedical exams.
